This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus and a Flag tag at the C-terminus followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™). The protein has a calculated MW of 28.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 28-30 kDa, 50-55 kDa and 65-180 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

If glycerol is not compatible with your application, remove glycerol just before the immediate experiment, and NEVER store glycerol-free protein solution.Supplied as 0.2 μm filtered solution in 50 mM HEPES, 150 mM NaCl, DDM, CHS, pH7.5 with glycerol as protectant.

Biotinylated Human Claudin-6 Protein, His,Avitag&Flag Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 85%undefined.
