蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 55.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 16-18 kDa and 43-50 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

HRSV (B) Post-fusion glycoprotein F0, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).
SEC-MALS
The purity of HRSV (B) Post-fusion glycoprotein F0, His Tag (Cat. No. RSF-V52H9) is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 185-215 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.

Immobilized HRSV (B) Post-fusion glycoprotein F0, His Tag (Cat. No. RSF-V52H9) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-Fusion glycoprotein F0 Antibody, Mouse IgG2a (101F) with a linear range of 0.1-4 ng/mL and not bind Anti-Fusion glycoprotein F0 Antibody, Human IgG1 (D25) (QC tested).
