存储(Storage)
1. Unopened kit should be stored at 2℃-8℃ upon receiving.
2. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.
3. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.

Detection of anti-AAV9 antibodies by sandwich-ELISA Assay.
Immobilized AAV9 Capsid Protein can bind Anti-AAV9 Antibody in 1:50 human serum, and then add Biotin-AAV9 Capsid Protein. Detection was performed using Streptavidin-HRP with sensitivity of 15.6 ng/mL.The specific binding of PAV-A009 to Anti-AAV3/5/8 antibody was detected. The results showed that PAV-A009 only binds specifically to Anti-AAV9 antibody.
