FITC-Labeled Human GUCY2C, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

Immobilized Monoclonal Anti-Human GUCY2C Antibody, Human IgG1 at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind FITC-Labeled Human GUCY2C, His Tag (Cat. No. GUC-HF2H8) with a linear range of 0.156-0.625 μg/mL (QC tested).

活性(Bioactivity)-FACS
2e5 of anti-GUCY2C CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 1 μg/mL of FITC-Labeled Human GUCY2C, His Tag (Cat. No. GUC-HF2H8) and negative control protein respectively. FITC signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested).
